I Want It to Go on Record Thati Messed Up the Easy Part
I had a chemistry exam a few days ago and then the next day we had a chemistry lesson and my chemistry teacher went over the answers of the paper. I actually felt like kicking myself. I totally mucked up some really easy questions.
I revised so hard, did all the past papers, looked over the Mark schemes over and over and I practically knew the material inside out. I have no idea what happened to me and why I mucked up some simple questions I knew the answer to!
Chemistry is really important to me since I want to be a doctor. I think this has cost me my A* now. I honestly feel like crying. How to not get so worked up over it?
You can resist. You can't be 100 % you failed. Also, I think an A would be fine as long as got an A * at A level.
You also kick yourself when you go over the paper. Somehow though, you always get the grade you wanted, regardless if what the teacher said the answers were.
This si why my teachers never go over papers after the exams, what is done is done.
All your hopes and dreams Argon.
As long as you did alright in all the hard complicated questions I'm sure it wasn't that bad. Good luck
I felt exactly the same way when I went on tsr and looked at the unofficial markscheme, bt even then you cant be sure their all right? Well dont brood over whats already done, at least you can say you worked hard and can have you head held high about that right? worst comes worst you can always just resit this exam, I thought this was a particularly horrible paper..
:/ Best of Luck with your results and for becoming a doctor!
Remember no hard work goes unrewarded!
Is it AQA chem4? If so the grade boundaries have been 83% A* for two years now, so you can drop quite a few marks.

I think I let out a little chuckle.
